Description

Since gcc is already supported, its a matter of working out what headers don't exist in the windows api and work around the issues.

The biggest blocking point is the shared memory usage.

Removing unneeded headers make porting to a new compiler a lot easier.

Two major things left before master/slave can be tested natively on windows.
1. Shared memory support
2. Forking of process, like the way its done on linux.
